If you have a question about a policy you’ve purchased (including making a change or cancelling your policy), you will need to contact your insurer directly. You will find their contact details in your policy documents.
Policy documents not received
Travel insurance documents are issued directly by the provider with whom you’ve purchased the policy. We suggest checking your junk/spam folder, just in case, If they are not there, please contact the provider directly.
Make a claim
If you require overseas medical assistance, or want to make a claim against your policy, you will need to get in touch directly with your travel insurance provider. You will find their contact details in your policy documents.
